These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of mailboxprotector.com (the “Site”), operated by Mailbox Security Solutions LLC (“Mailbox Protector,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, submitting the contact form, or otherwise engaging with us through the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to your use of the Site itself. If you become a customer, your purchase is governed separately by the signed purchase agreement between you and Mailbox Security Solutions LLC, which controls over these Terms in the event of any conflict regarding an actual sale.

Submitting the contact form is an inquiry only. It does not create a contract, reservation, or obligation of any kind, for either party, until a separate written purchase agreement is signed by both you and Mailbox Security Solutions LLC. Program availability, pilot enrollment, and postmaster coordination described on the Site are subject to change and are not guaranteed by your form submission.
Mailbox Protector is designed and marketed as a visible, mechanical deterrent to mail theft from Cluster Box Units (CBUs). It is not marketed, and should not be understood, as a guarantee that theft will be prevented. Statistics, figures, and claims presented on the Site regarding mail theft, Arrow lock vulnerabilities, or related topics are estimates drawn from available public reporting and industry sources unless otherwise noted, and are provided for general informational purposes.
No USPS Affiliation. Mailbox Protector is an independent product developed and sold by Mailbox Security Solutions LLC. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the United States Postal Service (USPS). References to postmaster cooperation or local authorization on the Site refer to informal, local-level coordination with individual postmasters in specific pilot areas, not a national USPS endorsement or certification of the product.
Pilot Program. Any “pilot program” referenced on the Site is operated solely by Mailbox Security Solutions LLC. It is not a government, municipal, or USPS program.
The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, product design, and the “Mailbox Protector” name and mark, is owned by Mailbox Security Solutions LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site’s content without our prior written permission.
The Site may include embedded content (such as YouTube videos) or links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site or service. Your use of third-party content is subject to that party’s own terms and privacy policy.
Testimonials and quotes appearing on the Site reflect the individual experiences of the people or sources cited and may not be representative of every customer’s or reader’s experience. Results and experiences may vary by property, location, and circumstances.

This disclaimer applies to your use of the Site itself and does not affect or limit the lifetime warranty against mechanical defect that applies to a purchased Mailbox Protector unit under a signed purchase agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
